this is a small lock-n-lock type cache

(Note from the current CO: I first found this cache at night and it was really awesome so I jumped at the chance to adopt it from the original CO. However, I have never read Oliver Twist so the description and spoiler hint were kinda confusing to me; I have left them here in respect for the original CO's intent.)
