Milcowie School was located here from 1880 to 1916.It is located on a corner block that states it is section 273-3 which I think is a error but I could be wrong.The schools land was purchased from a Mr J. Burgess, who owned what was left of the 40 acres that he purched a few years previous.At the schools peak when there were 17 students in attendance at the school, 5 of the children came from the Burgess family and when the Burgess family sold up and moved to Adelaide in 1915 it was not long before the school closed.The cache cotainer is big and black and you sure wont need a pencil, seeing as this is a school cache I have put a number of colored pencils in.
Once you get here you will understand why it is called MAD,mind you there is a parcel of land(ex EW&S) next door approx 20 acres that is for sale at $145,000.00 and a fare wack of it is a great big dam....go figure?.
Please just put in school equipment as I will vet out anything that is not of this theme.
