This cache is to replace the cache "For the Goat People", which was eaten by their goats. To replace it in the same spot (on the ground) is only inviting them for another meal. This container is a camoed pill container and hanging, hopfully out of reach of those goats.
Good parking and turnaround, but you will be travelling on a gravel road. You will notice that there is now a new metal yellow gate blocking off the powerline road to the river. This was placed to discourage dumping of garbage off the ravine. The dumping was getting so bad that appliances, cars, and whatever else man has made, was stacked and scattered everywhere and even falling down the ravine to the farmer's road below. People should be ashamed.
Stealth will be required as this is an area where three roads meet, and there are a lot of people going down to the fish hatchery
