Overlooking Brillant dam and new powerhouse.
Access from Terrance road.
At the end of the road is a veiwpoint that was made during the new powerhouse construction.
During summertime there is a picnic table and garbage cans. None were there when cache was placed. They must of been taken away for winter.
Careful dont fall over the edge when searching for cache
