This cache will be archived on October 31, 2011 to get ready for
the 2011 Advent Series.
Remember those Advent calendar things that you used to get when you
were a kid? You know, they were those large rectangular cards that
had some cartoony winter scene on it with many numbered "windows",
one of which was opened every day starting December 1st, counting
down the days to Christmas. As a kid, I couldn't wait to open the
next day's window and extract the chocolate from inside... even if
the chocolate tasted gross and waxy. Now an adult, I wondered if I
could apply that same fun and anticipation to Geocaching.
This cache is the first of what should be 25 caches that will be
published over the next 25 days, the last of which should hopefully
be published Christmas Day. The caches will range from your very
basic Traditional Caches (like this one), to brain draining Puzzle
caches, terrain intensive caches and even a few Challenge caches
that may give you something to work on over the course of 2011. All
of the caches will be placed within the Niagara Region.
