John Siganto was a pioneer of the Coomera district and had extensive land holdings.

The Siganto family has had a long history in the area and their legacy lives on with such places as

Siganto Drive
John Siganto Park

and most recently as part of the Q150 celebrations, The bridge over Steele Creek at Tamborine was re-named the

Simon Siganto Bridge

in memory of a very special Tamborine community member.
