Geocache Description:

A nano cache at a pleasant Auckland beach

Point Chevalier beach is a popular Auckland inner harbour beach. During the winter months Pt Chev is a popular place for locals to walk the dog and unwind after a hard days work. However during the summer months 1000s of muggles swarm to this beach for summer picnics and swim. Late 2009 Pt Chev beach was resanded with16,000 cubic meters of clean white sand. This was to allow more space at high tide. It is a great place to unwind after a hard days graft and only 10 minutes from the CBD. Owing to tree cover it may take a few minuites for the GPS to settle.

This catch is a nano with log book only so bring your own scribble stick.
