Scott's Rock Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Krypton: As there's been no cache to find for months, or you have neglected to do necessary maintenance, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Thanks for your cooperation!

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Scott's Rock (named after Scott Cutter) offers great views of Lake Tahoe. It is also a party spot for local teens, so there could be lots of muggle traffic on weekends. Some minor rock scrambling is required, but nothing children cannot do. The cache may be more difficult to find in the winter depending upon the level of snowfall. Your GPS may bounce a bit, so consult the clue if all else fails.

11/19/10 Update: The original cache container has been muggled (it only lasted a week...).

The new container is a small tupperware type container. Please be sure to hide it exactly as you found it so that it can last a while longer.
