Geocache Description:

You are looking a for small sized camo lock'n'lock.

My son's (IDD) birthday is August 12. We celebrated his birthday each year by going outside late at night to watch The Perseid Meteor Shower, which occurs every year from August 9 -14. It was also a big hit with his friends when he had sleepovers.

The last time I shared this with him, was one of our first summers in Calgary. We had to drive out of the city, and away from the light pollution, and this is where we ended up.

He is 22 now and living in Halifax, so I am not sure how often we will get to share this outing in the future.

This cache is to remind me of this family activity, and to encourage you and yours to get out there and watch this great astronomical event.
