Hi. I'm Heartland Cacher, the volunteer reviewer for new caches submitted to Geocaching.com from Nebraska and Wyoming.
It appears the Cache Owner is either unwilling or unable to maintain the cache. Cache maintenance includes listing maintenance including updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing needs maintenance attributes and enabling the listing.
I am archiving the listing for the time being. Should the owner decide to maintain the cache in the near future, just contact me (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, I'll be happy to unarchive it.
