Please note: You CANNOT access this cache from Interstate 70. You must park at the Riverwoods Trail parking area off St. Charles Rock Road. It is a little over 2.5 mile round trip walk on a level paved path along the river. This path is part of the Missouri River Greenway. The trail currently ends just north of the Blanchette Bridge, but has plans for future extension. It is a nice walk or ride along the path. Skeeters will be fierce in summer, so bug spray is recommended in warmer months. Also watch for poison ivy in the vicinity of the cache, more of an issue in summer months. I hope you enjoy the walk finding the Riverwoods trail caches as much as I enjoyed my walk placing them!
