Geocaching 101
ATTENTION:CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED
COORDINATES
Well I have a few hides and
a bunch of finds under my belt now, but you don't get to that point
without learning a few things along the way. I've learned that The
logging of all physical Geocaches shouldn't be taken lightly.
something you realize, as you start to place more of your own hides
out there. Its nice to get some comments and feedback for all that
work. However you need to make sure that your Geocache Contents,
are family friendly or you may get some negative feedback from one
of those kind Volunteers who review our hides. Puzzle caches can be
fun too, just as long as they meet the, Technical Requirements,
& Fundamental Placement Guidelines. I would have to say that
while I have enjoyed so many experiences, some of my favorites have
been doing Puzzle caches. Eventually I hope to attend some, CITO
Event Caches. New hider's should be sure that Geocache placements
do not deface or destroy public or private property. also be sure
Geocaches do not solicit for any purpose. Event Caches can be great
too, its a good opportunity to meet fellow Cachers . I've wanted to
get this cache out for awhile now so hopefully it meets all the
requirements so it can be published
quickly.
So what have you
learned???????
Congratulations:
