Bump on a log Traditional Cache

This cache was originally 120 feet east of here. Due to the fact the neighbors were concerned with people in the alley we moved it street side. The original container remains. Yeah its an ammo box. In the fall of 2025 I began construction of a more "permanent" location. If you look at the photos you can see how this cache has evolved over the years. The goal is to make this a permanent and "free" geocache. We believe geocaching should be free for everyone and not just for the premium subscribers. If you look east from the cache you can see what remains of bump on a log 2.0. Unfortunately the weather around here is not conducive to a permanent bump. I am also in search of a replacement ammo can as I see this one is starting to show its age as well. I may look at powder coating it or rhino line it just to make it outlive me. Enjoy!
