Troop 477 places a cache and earns the NEW Geo-caching merit badge.
I have two sons in scouts so naturally I am involved in scouting. I
was excited to see the new merit badge that just came out for
Geo-caching. I took the whole troop out for a little caching
adventure. We placed two caches out here to fulfill one of the
requirements. I placed the terrain rating at 2 because most of the
year, except during waterfowl season, you will have to hike a mile
or so to get to both of them. During the hunt, you can drive within
a few feet. Ammo can with room for trades and trackables. Please
rehide it so it can't be stumbled upon.
