Geocache Description:

A cache hidden within Goosepond Mt State Park, NYS Office of Parks and Recreation permit number 10-15.

Congratulations go to Jmonti for his 1000th find.

To celebrate this event we hid a golden ammo can in his honor.

This was a look out point for Claudius Smith and his notorious gang of outlaws. We thought it would be a fitting spot for Jmonti's tribute since he is always on the lookout for a newly published cache. He truly is a FTF bandit- especially in Stewart and the surrounding area.

His true passion is puzzles. In fact check out GCRVY8. It was his 1000th find. Thanks for mentioning us in the log. No puzzle can elude this master unless of course the puzzle has parts missing. Funny how he has yet to Purchase Correctly.

We did not make this a puzzle cache because there is more to do on this mountain and the ghosts were trying to chase us away.
