Perplexed Platform Multi-Cache

The starting point of this Cache is a viewing platform overlooking a very scenic part of Lake Joondalup.
It was also the prior location of a long established Multi Cache from Team Layabout that I had been asked to adopt.
However due to a recent bush fire the old Cache perished and much of the surrounding bushland now has very restricted access whilst the area revegetates.
Consequently I have been forced to archive that old Cache and launch this new one in it's place.
At the posted coords you will initially be searching for an Eclipse tin.
This tin will hold the final coords of the new Cache, that you will find by following the dual purpose path by foot or bicycle, from the Viewing Platform.
The Cache is a straight forward find, nothing cryptic involved, just a decent sized Ammo Tin, tucked out of sight of passers by, which hopefully will be fully resistant to future fires.
On launch the Cache contains, the usual log, a few pencils and a few swappables for the geo kids.
