Geocache Description:

The cache is located near the Michelin Tire Plant in Pictou County

This is a simple 2 stage multi-cache that will lead you to a small camouflage screw top container.

The posted coordinates will lead you to the parking lot across the road from the Michelin Tire Plant. From the posted coordinates you will see the "Michelin Man" painted on the side of a storage tank.

You will need to count the rings that you see on this "Michelin Man".

A = # of rings on his left arm

B = # of rings on his right arm

C = # of rings on his left leg

D = # of rings on his right leg

E = # of rings on his torso

Please solve for the final cache coordinates as follows:

For the North Coordinate:

Calculate "GHJ", where:

G = C - B

H = A - B

J = E x 3 or J = D + E

divide this number by 1000 and add to the posted North Coordinate

For the West Coordinate:

K = B + C

Divide this number by 1000 and add the resulting number to the posted WEST coordinates.

Now go for the cache - some bushwhacking will be required to go for the cache and maybe some rubber boots would be also useful depending on the season.

Please put the cache container back in its hiding hole so it will not fall out.

There is a "The Marathon Man" pathtag in the cache for the FTF. If you already have one of these pathtags, please leave it for the next geocacher.
