Olewaif: All Caches along here of mine have been retrieved.. My first funky series to be placed is also first funky series to be archived.. Opens up a nice RDR for someone else to maybe place caches I can go FIND... but then again probably not.

I've always been a movie buff and we all know everyone has a list of greatest movies. In this series I honour a half dozen of MY favorite all time films.
Casablance (1942) is in my opinion a superb movie since it balances a romantic triangle, a war story, the struggle between good versus evil, espionage, great music and of course that great film noir smoky club atmosphere throughout.
Bogart was nominated for Best Actor ( lost to Paul Lukas in Watch on the Rhine) but the film did win best Picture,( producer Hal Wallis ) Best Director ( Michael Curtiz ) and best Screenplay ( six writers) Oscars. Ingrid Bergman wasn't nominated in this, her only co-star with Bogiart, who was in his first romantic lead as Rick. a role that almost ( gasp) went to Ronald Reagan. No one said ' play it again Sam . but the final line ' this could be the beginning of a beautifu; friendship ' has become part of this masterpieces legend.
