Geocache Description:

THIS IS A TWO-STAGE MULTI. CACHE IS NOT AT COORDINATES LISTED BUT YOU WILL NEED TO VISIT THE LISTED COORDINATES TO DECIPHER THE CLUE BELOW

At the coordinates listed, you will discover an eclectic local landmark. Those who visit the landmark often take a photo of themselves pretending to "lick" the object in question (it even has its own Facebook page).

The coordinates to the final stage are:
027 44.(A)46
097 22.33(B)

Where A = the number of swirls on the object in question (not counting the pointy top part) minus 1, and B = the number of swirls (not counting the pointy top part) in total. If entered correctly, the coordinates should take you to Doddridge Park where you will need to find the exact fake rock pictured in the background image of this page (Check the photo gallery if you are using your phone).

My wife (cctxcat) mentioned this would be a good location for a cache.
