FINAL LOCATION UPDATED due to muggling! NOTE: there is a rat trap about 6 feet from the cache final location. It is mine, and it is the best place to catch.
Solving the questions (easy with Google.com) will lead you to a Tupperware size cache hidden on a street that doesn't exist anymore. The cache is hidden under something used to accomplish many of the changes that have taken place over the years. If you want to see a bit more, there are many interesting websites; my favorite is http://www.dubaiasitusedtobe.com/.
The road was taken out in 2004 to make way for an addition to the complex surrounding it. I would be interested to know if anyone finds the cache just based on that clue alone.
