This is a small bolt looking magnetic cache. It shouldn't be to hard to find. There is no pen.

Sit next to the tree, and wacth the docks while you search and a smiley will be yours.
This is at the end of the harbor near the fish dock. If you want to see some commercial caught fish enter the market, this is a good place to do it.(halibut,black cod, grey cod, salmon,rockfish)
Sometimes in the summer you may find this cache guarded by eagles, and I don't mean eagle. They've even made me think twice about walking below them before. So cache at your own risk. :)
