I've hidden this one along the paths next to the Bullock Track in Western Springs. Having played rugby for Ponsonby a few years ago I was intimately acquainted with it every Tuesday night as our coach sent us up and down time and time again. Not that it helped us play rugby much but I digress...
As a reminder of what I and many others have had to go through, finding this cache will require either coming down the track or walking up it depending on how active you feel.
Bullock Track is a road that runs up (very steeply) from Great North Road to Old Mill Road/Surrey Cresent but there is no parking along the road itself. There is plenty of parking nearby however - if you start at the Springs it's a nice flat walk/run/ride. To begin with anyway.
The cache has been placed about five metres off the trail (and about six steps up) to keep it away from prying eyes - chances are you'll see more than one runner slogging it up the hill as you go.
You're looking for a blackened Red Bull container - so just enough room for a pencil (sadly departed and no longer present), a log and not much more. Please re-hide appropriately on your way out.
