St Louis Hospital
Saint Louis Hospital is a Non-Profit private general hospital. It was established by Archbishop Louis Vey, Apostolic Vicar of Roman Catholic Mission in Siam on September 15, 1898 during the reign of King Chulalongkorn. The sister of Saint Paul de Chartres were assigned to manage the hospital under the philosophy of “Where there is Mercy, there is God”
Saint Louis Hospital is located on an approximately 32,000 spare meters on South Sathorn Road. It provides medical treatment to patients by medical specialists of different specialties. Qualified nursing team provides intensive care to both out-patients and in-patients focusing on the importance of patient-centered principal. Hospital is well equipped with modern medical equipments for diagnostic purpose and provides prompt medical treatments effectively.
Robot Building nearby is well known to locals and is interesting architecture.
Designed by Sumet Jumsai, as the headquarters of Bank of Asia, the Robot building is locate in Sathorn, the business district of Bangkok. Its unusual robot-shape was an architectural reaction against neoclassical and high-tech architecture and was meant to show the computerization of banking.
