We miss the cache Gone to the Dogs (GCP1DW) so thought we'd bring it back to some extent. This cache is in honor of our Boston Terrier, Popeye, who passed away this spring but despite being old when he first discovered geocaching he always enjoyed it! so bring your dogs along. I didn't really have any dog trading items handy but there are plenty of toys for the kids!
This cache is located in Prairie Moraine Park, which is located on County Highway PB, near the city of Verona, WI. The cache is located in a Dane County dog park, where you can have your dogs off-leash to play with other dogs! . If you bring your dog, be advised that a permit (daily or annual) is required. There is a self-registration kiosk in the park. Supplies for cleaning up after your pet are provided near the entrance to the exercise area.
