Quick grab at an interesting retaining wall built by the corp of engineers. You are looking for a buffalo tube.
Decided to make this one simple. The cache is in plain view, PLEASE KEEP IT THAT WAY. No need to lift, pry, move, or in any other way be destructive at this location. I found this retaining wall to be pretty impressive I hope that you enjoy the science and the effort that went into building it.
Cache is off of Vance wall and can be reached by walking along the levee.
The cache is not located on a steep slope.
