The listed coordinates take you to the middle of a park, you will not find the cache right there - obviously, since it's a Mystery - but it's close by.
If you look around you will find the plaque pictured in the uploaded image below. All you need to do is check which numbers I have "painted over" and do some simple math to find out where the cache is hiding.
