This is a Multi or Two-step Cache. The GPS coordinates are for the first cache. This is a film canister. Hints and clues are in that one, so you can find the final cache. The second cache is larger and holds pen, paper, and goodies for the first to find. It is not a 24 hour cache and so muggles will be around.
