All year you can see Mountain Goats on the cliffs above the Highway, best time to view is in the morning when the goats seem to come down closer to the road. From March to July this is a good spot from which to view Bald Eagles ... however this requires looking further than the toe of your boot. Unfortunately the Bald Eagles' nest has been abandoned for the past two years.

My GPS Coordinates were bouncing around a bit, +/- a second or two. +/- 9m WAS.
