Cache is placed at State Boundary marker for Pennsylvania and
Maryland. The Stone marker has M on the southern side, P on its
northern side. Of, course the cache is placed on the northern
side.
As to why it's "Witch and not Which"? Well, I used the wrong
word and didn't realize it until I was 15 miles away. So, it's
going to be Witch!
Yes the cache is in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania... Despite
where Google maps has it placed.
