Geocache Description:

Congratulations to Sql_geek for the well earned FTF!

We drive down the street to get some groceries, we take a walk to a local park. Many times where history is not the main attraction we tend to overlook the historical value of an area. In an area as rich in history as Central PA there is history all around us. This series of caches may just give you a little insight of the world of the past that is abundant in this area.

This cache honors a man of Pennsylvanian history John White Geary. In 1867 he was elected the Governor of Pennsylvania and the rest of his history should reveal itself as the puzzle is solved. The final cache location will take you to a notable place in his life. Pictured here is his statue in honoring his battle efforts during the Battle of Gettysburg. It has nothing to do with the puzzle but cords are listed in case you would like to visit him on the battlefield. Also added is an additional waypoint for his historical marker in downtown New Cumberland. Feel free to visit this location to learn a bit more about central PA history.

I’m not going to lie.... this is a pretty dastardly puzzle. Difficulty rating reflects the puzzle challenge. One clue to get you going: All answers are exactly 2 WORDS. Good Luck. Feel free to contact me if you are getting stuck.
