For Utah's sesquicentennial in 1996, Robert Lund wrote and recorded a "Kokomo" parody, replacing the Beach Boys' Caribbean locations with a bunch of Utah's small towns (and even a few ghost towns)[ link]. In 2005, Stephen Groo took his family on 4,659 miles' worth of road trips to hit all the spots in the song. Their rockumentary has been seen over 100,000 times. The video has some other identifiable pictures thrown in - Bridal Veil Falls, Wilson Arch, the Utah Tree,a Welcome to Utah Sign, Capitol Reef, Four Corners, and Little Sahara.
There are 71 towns named, and 5 more general locations. (We put Magna Tailings with the towns.) Note also that the virtual near Aneth fills the requirement there. A careful listen to the song notes that they sing "The Knolls" instead of Kanosh, but we'll use the list as given in the text of the song at the above link.
For this challenge you need to have found a cache in 35 of these towns and locations. (Caches you placed can count if placed before 10 Nov 2010.) If there is no cache in the town, one within 3 miles that is not in another town is acceptable (per the Groundspeak map). Locations can also be verified at www.onlineutah.com.
List your finds with the GC code and date found. (See owner's note for an example.) You may also create a bookmark list to identify your finds.
