Geocache Description:

Cache is a small centrifuge tube located along the Bike & Hike trail. No tricks on these hides, just straight forward and camo'd from the public. ‘Most’ are at or near head level and narely require dismounting from your bike. Because of the heavy traffic that can be experienced on portions of this trail, I do NOT recommend that children partake in this adventure.

This Rubbertown tour takes you through the sights, sounds, and smells for the full industrial experience.

Across the street you will find Rohm & Haas / Dow Chemicals. This facility also began its roots as a result of WWII, originally producing butadiene rubber. After the war, it was purchased and retrofitted to produce plastic additives, acrylic coatings, and adhesives/sealants.
