Geocache Description:

This cache is placed on the Wayne State University main campus in Midtown Detroit. This is out second cache we’ve placed at WSU. We began attending WSU in the early 1990’s when it was still the Tartars. In 1999 the school changed the mascot to the Warriors.

The WSU campus includes many libraries, housing units and research facilities. It is located across the street from the Detroit Public Library. Within two blocks are the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Detroit Science Center, the Detroit Historical Museum and the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History.
