At each stage of this multi-mystery-cache you will need to decode information valuable to your success in completing this cache.  You will need to take paper, pen or pencil, and a cell phone to complete the mission.

There are no physical cache containers at the intermediate stages only clues to decode to determine the next phone number you will need to call to receive further instruction.
