Nothing fancy about this cache, I figured it fit in with the CWAIN category so I am adding to the series. It's all about the smileys.
Conveniently located near I-95 this lovely container was won at the Cheesy #2 event held on 11/19/10. I said I would hide it quickly for all to find. This place is probably busy mon - fri 9-5 ish but on the weekend its practically muggle free. very close to where you park. Should be pretty easy.
This is a matchbook container with a log and a genuine Tennessee geocaching pencil. You may want to byop too in case it needs sharpening.
