Geocache Description:

Near a public walkway to a boardwalk.

These public steps to a public boardwalk along the Spokane River was a requirement of the Bellerive development. This project was one of several by Blackrock developers that has fallen on hard times along with the economy. This boardwalk was constructed out of recycled plastic and has a fire line for firefighters to fight house & boat fires from the shoreline.

This was home of a lumber mill owned by the WI Company and closed in the early 1980s.

This is a medicine container about 2" dia. x3" tall and contains small trade items and a log book. Elevation 2112 +-. Bring your own writing stick.

Do not park in the fire access spur road. The nearby trail is heavily used so watch for muggles.

Not wheel chair accessible due to steps.

Congratulations Team Nimrod for FTF!
