Geocache Description:

Near the entrance to Bellerive subdivision.

The Blackrock company bought the river front property from this entrance south to the US 95 bridge from the Riverstone company about 10 years ago. Blackrock has fallen on very tough times and most of their developments are in financial trouble. These high-end codos are mostly vacant.

The cache is slightly smaller than a film canister and contains a log book. Elevation around 2140. Bring your own writing stick.

This is a high muggle area and you will have to use common sense to find parking.
