There are Obama ruins of a castle in natural beauty spot Yahata Promontory. Promontory is stuck out of the Pacific, and there is in the natural strong position place of the cliff.
In 1493 ,Toki Yorisada(Mangi lord of a castle) commanded a vassal built Obama Castle,it is a branch castle of Mangi Castle.
It was taken by storm once in 1588.
However, took advantage of darkness of the night and attacked the castle intensely and recaptured it at last in March in the next year.
In about 1590,Obama Castle was captured by Tadakatsu Honda (the Ootaki lord of a castle),Ohama Castle deleted the figure.

小浜城址は、東・南・北の三方が太平洋に突き出た名勝八幡岬の上にあり、断崖絶壁の天然の要害地です。
小浜城は、１４９３年、万木城主・ 土岐頼定が伊南領を守るため、家臣鑓田美濃守勝定に命じて、万木城の支城として築城したことに始まります。
１５８８年２月、美濃守が相州三浦に軍をすすめて後北条氏と戦った時、その虚に乗じて勝浦城主正木左近太夫が小浜城を襲い攻め取としました。
房州里見氏は援軍を送って小浜城奪回を図りますが攻め落とすことは出来ず、無念に思っていた美濃守が天正１７年（１５８９） ３月夜陰に乗じて激しく城を攻めついに奪回に成功しました。
しかし天正１８年（１５９０）本多忠勝が大多喜城主になった頃、 小浜城は本多氏に攻略されその姿を消すことになります。
