Geocache Description:

Very easy cache also accessible by wheelchair. It's a traditional parking lot cache. It can be a busy parking lot. Bring a pen. The cache is under the plate under the skirt. It will not fit on top of the plate so replace it under the plate.

This cache was inspired by a Youtube video I watched on Geocaching.com about a man with Cerebral Palsy. His name is Kevin Berg (kberg31974) he's in a wheelchair and he's a father, college graduate, entrepreneur and geocacher. How cool is that? He has inspired me to put out caches Everyone can get.
