Das Dorf Runggaditsch gehört, wie der gesamte Bereich am Südufer des Grödner Baches, zur Gemeinde Kastelruth. Die unmittelbare Nähe zu St. Ulrich sowie die ladinische Sprache und Kultur lassen diese Verwaltungsgrenze jedoch zur Nebensache werden. Das Gebiet von Runggaditsch zieht sich den unteren Hang des Puflatsch hinauf bis zum Panider Sattel. Die Ortsmitte liegt auf 1170 m Meereshöhe nördlich der Pontiveser Klause an der linken Talseite, wo der Pufler Bach sich den Weg ins Tal sucht.
Gut sichtbar auch von der Grödner Straße aus ist der moderne Kirchturm der Runggaditscher Kirche, die 1985 gebaut wurde, da die Josefskapelle zu klein geworden war. In Runggaditsch stehen auch das Tennis Center St. Ulrich und die Schaukäserei des Grödner Milchhofs Gherdëina Lat.

Il paese di Roncadizza fa parte, come l’intero versante meridionale del rio Gardena in questa parte della valle, del comune di Castelrotto. Per la sua collocazione geografica, lingua e vocazione, Roncadizza si presenta come una parte di Ortisei a tutti gli effetti. Roncadizza si sviluppa ai piedi del Monte Bullaccia fino al Passo Pinei. Il centro del paese si trova a 1.170 m di altitudine a nord della chiusa di Pontives, dove, il rio Bulla scende verso Ortisei.
Ben visibile, anche dalla strada della Val Gardena, si presenta il moderno campanile della chiesa di Roncadizza, costruita nel 1985, a causa delle dimensioni non più sufficienti a contenere i fedeli della cappella di San Giuseppe. A Roncadizza si trova anche il Tennis Center di Ortisei e il caseificio della latteria Gardena Lat con il museo del latte.
As the entire area at the southern river side of the Rio Gardena, also the village of Roncadizza belongs to the municipality of Castelrotto. However, due to its vicinity to Ortisei as well as its merely Ladin language and culture, the administrative border is minor matter. The territory of Roncadizza stretches from the foot of Monte Bullaccia to the Passo Pinei. The centre is located at 1,170 m asl in the north of the Chiusa di Pontives on the left side of the valley, where the Rio Bulla finds its way into the valley.
Clearly visible also from the Valgardena road is the modern steeple of the parish church of Roncadizza, constructed in 1985, when the San Giuseppe chapel became too small considering the number of believers. Other attractions of Roncadizza are the Ortisei tennis centre and the show-dairy of Gherdëina Lat.
