Kodaira City's Chuo Park has a public gymnasium and a heated indoor pool. Besides the pool, the gym provides facilities for archery, badminton, table tennis, basketball, a weight room and volleyball. It even has a romper room for preschool age children to play in. Elsewhere on the grounds there is a running track, soccer fields, a baseball diamond and tennis courts. The park frequently hosts martial arts, archery, badminton, table tennis and other sporting events for local teams and clubs. Besides the sporting events the park hosts an annual outdoor art exhibit in Mid-November featuring works by local artists from nearby Musashino Art University. For exact dates call the Park office. The park grounds are planted with Ginnan trees whose fall foliage turns a bright yellow. Chuo Park can be reached from Takanodai Station on the Seibu Kokubunji Line or you can walk or bike to it along Tamagawa Josui from a number of places.

小平中央公園は、公共体育館、屋内温水プールを併設され、プール以外にジム、アーチェリー、バドミントン、卓球、バスケットボール、ウエイトルーム、バレーボール、ランニングトラック、サッカー場、野球場、テニスコートの設備を提供しています。また、総合体育館の中に子供達が遊べるプレイルームもあります。
公園では、頻繁に武術、アーチェリー、バ ドミントン、卓球、地元のチームやクラブの他のスポーツ イベントを開催しています。
スポーツイベントの他、武蔵野美術大学から地元の芸術家の作品を11月中旬の屋外アート展を開催しています。紅葉の時季には黄金色に輝く銀杏並木がとても奇麗です。
小平中央公園は、西武国分寺線のたかの台駅から徒歩1分で行く事が出来き、玉川上水に沿ったグリーンロードからすぐ近くにあります。
