This cache will be a rest stop for all Travel Bugs travelling
the Hammonds Plains Road. This cache is to contain NO
normal trade items ; just Travel Bugs/Geocoins, a
logbook and pen. Even if you don't have a Bug to exchange, feel
free to drop by, sign the log and pick up a Bug to help it along
it's mission.The cache is located about 15 meters off the trail and
a bit of bushwacking will be required
Pull off hammonds Plains Road at the deer crossing sign and
there, you'll be able to park just in front of the gate. Be careful
when pulling back onto the Hammonds Plains Road as the traffic can
be heavy at times.
There is a brand new unactivated geocoin for a FTF prize located
in the log book bag
This cache was placed as part of the "2010 NS Winter Caching
Challenge" which is a fun competition to get you out of the
house during the chilly days of winter. The competition was to
encourage Nova Scotia cachers to both find and hide winter friendly
caches for the season.
