Small easy cache with parking next to it.

I have been eying this area for a while. The cache location is the first stop in order to find The Pirate Cache. The clue can be found right behind you after retrieving the cache.
About the clue: GO CACHN would not approve, but Tate would. Right behind you on post SM pill cap.
