This cache is along the Railroad Trail.
The Railroad Trail is a gentle grade, gravel trail with great views of Bellingham Bay from the Alabama Street Overpass, as well as wildlife and marsh birds in St. Clair Pond, Scudder's Pond and Lake Whatcom.
The Railroad Trail runs from Memorial Park on King St. to Bloedel Donovan Park near Lake Whatcom. One way is 3.2 miles.
