We've set this up to be a hotel for your trackables. Aside from local cachers trading here, the cache owners travel a lot and are apt to bring your TB/Geocoin to a faraway place it's never visited.
This cache is quite winter-friendly. It gets the "shovel me out please" treatment after every storm. We're running a reputable hotel here; the occupants want to come-and-go as they please.
