BEWARE OF MUGGLES!! This is rated a 4.5 beacuse it will be a tough one to get during the day as there are several business across the street and usually a very busy location. It can also be a bit difficult to get at night as well, depending on what's going on in the area.
I named this cache after the old Pershing Hotel that used to sit here and after the parking lot's name. It was torn down in Dec 1997. You can read about it on the cube sign located very close to GZ.
