Geocache Description:

Walk a short distance up the trail to some rock steps, these are the stairway to the Watagan Mountains. The GZ is accessible to within about 200m by 2wd in all weather.

This is a quick cache for you to grab on your way into the Watagan Mountains. After grabbing the cache you can travel further into the state forest for a picnic lunch and look around the area. there are numerous picnic areas and lookouts not far from here. This is an alternate route to The Pine Forrest & Muirs Lookout. There are a few more caches to find in the area so enjoy!.
