Geocache Description:

Come and witness the rising sun on the shortest day of the year..and where better than from North Carolina's Outer Banks!

Meet at this public beach access point at Nag's Head, for coffee (I'll bring and doughnuts as well, maybe...), watch the sunrise...and talk geocaching!

Sunrise is 7.04am, so lets meet at 6.45am until 7.30am on the 21st December.... hence the high difficulty :) I'm only expecting a few to show, but post your will attend log!!
