A nice easy drive by in a very busy location.
For almost 3 years, I have regularly travelled past this spot, and the choice of advertising medium for the nearby business has always fascinated me. I have had this cache name in my head for years.
There are plenty of things on poles around Australia, this is another one of them.
The cache itself is a small systemia, and this is a drive by, however BE WARNED- this road and the nearby turnoff is EXTREMELY busy with heavy vehicles turning into, and out of the side road on almost a minute by minute basis. The is NO PLACE for children on the loose. Either dont bring them, or leave them in the car with a responsible person.
And be extremely vigilent where you park. Heading west towards Mt Larcom, you can park within a couple of metres of the cache, but dont park in the slip road towards the turn off, as turning trucks use it. Also, be careful of the drop off beside the slip road. DO NOT park on the opposite side of the highway, even off the side of the road, as trucks turning from the side road towards Gladstone use the side of the road to gain speed before merging with the main road. Parking may be available on the actual side road, below GZ.
