At the location given there is a public viewing area on the left as you enter the airport, during airport opening hours, the cache is not here! Note You do not need to enter the airport to access the cache and thus it is available at night. From the viewing area you can watch aircraft taking off and landing. The cache is a walk away, in a traffic busy place, they should be looking the other away at this point. You may want to drive to it, it could take the same time to walk. Parking is easy once you have worked out where he cache is if you take the car. At the cache site or if you do walk then make sure that children and pets are under control as the road is very busy. The puzzle is not too hard / very easy IF you are a pilot and know how aircraft and airports work. For others a bit more work may be required.
Due to changes at the airport this cache (calculation method) will not be solvable in a few years time (+2024) but may be solved currently and may be past that time using Google Map and other maps in Aerial view.

There is some information and history on the Rochester airport web site or a search for Rochester Airport on Google may help. When placed the cache contains Fridge magnet, Bunny ornament, puzzle, crystal key ring, colour pencils, US Aircraft geocoin.
Well done to ginger4x4 for the FTF and THE CASTOFFS for STF so close.
